John Meagher

John Meagher, president of Contubernium World Wide, served in the U.S. Marine Corps for thirty-five years. Most of his Marine Corps service was as an infantry officer. He has considerable experience in operations, plans, training, and politico-military affairs. His assignments included command of the School of Infantry, Naval Attache in Oman, country director for Bahrain, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, and Oman in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Affairs, and as the Operations Officer for the Marine Corps’ largest operational command, Marine Forces Pacific.

Since his retirement from the Marine Corps he has worked on Government contracts for defense reform in the Czech Republic and the Republic of the Philippines, served with the Multi-National Force and Observers in Egypt, and as Program Manager of a US Air Force contract for the maintenance, and storage of War Reserve material at nine sites in five countries employing over 1500 people.

Bill Neal
Bill is a retired Colonel of U.S. Military Intelligence, with more than 30 years of experience working within a broad spectrum of cultures. Complementing his past focus as a human intelligence and "people person", Bill is trained and experienced as a public communication and corporate relations specialist, with a MA in Communication. Flexible and adaptable to a wide range of operational settings, Bill served for twelve years in cultured circuits as a diplomat in five sensitive embassies in the Middle East and Europe.

A practiced organizational analyst, his doctorate in Executive Leadership from The George Washington University focused on corporate diagnosis and revitalization, with emphasis on stimulating human resources, leadership development, corporate vision and growth, and comprehensive corrective processes. He is a fluent Italian linguist , and resides in Prague.
Bill Evans

Educated as an engineer, Bill is a retired US Marine with experience leading infantry units in combat, in high level integrated logistics and combat support management, in division level intelligence leadership and integration, and with extensive and long term leadership in human resources management and planning at the service headquarters level.

For more than 19 years as the president of a small company involved in the design, development and implementation of sophisticated computer models and systems supporting the Marine Corps manpower planning and management efforts Bill coordinated the technical design and development efforts with the necessary training and assistance making individual Marines highly proficient with powerful tools in an arena outside their normal military training and expertise.

He is a long time volunteer leader in the non-profit area including major national events, leadership training and mentoring, development of leadership training course staffs and directors, and long term planning and infrastructure support planning and development; he has been recognized locally, regionally and nationally for these efforts.

Richard Smith
A retired Brigadier from the British Army. He has commanded units at troop, battery, battalion and brigade level. He was the commander of the Offensive Support Brigade of an armoured division that included Aviation, Electronic Warfare, Air Defence, Medium Reconnaissance and Artillery Units.

As a Colonel he was the Project Director of a multi-disciplined implementation team that moved the functions of career management, pay and administration for the British Army from 19 separate locations in the UK to one location successfully to time, effect and budget. He then became the career manager for Brigadiers and Colonels.

His last 8 years of service were spent in Central and Eastern Europe. First as the Defence Adviser to the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence and Chief of Defence of Romania and secondly as the Military adviser to the Chief of The General Staff of the Czech Republic. Speaks survival French, German and Romanian.

Mark Duffin

A former Royal Air Force Ground Radar technician serving 12 years with the RAF Regiment; On leaving the R.A.F, Mark completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems and Management from the University of London and is a Certified Lead Auditor with the International Register of Certified Auditors. Mark moved to Oman in 1993 after returning from the 1st Gulf War, he worked as Chief Engineer and Contract Manager for Marconi Radar Systems and then Electroman LLC for the Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO) Rapier System.

Mark is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified since September 2007 with the Program Management Institute, he is currently working as a Project Manager in the Sultanate of Oman for a company with nine sites in five countries employing over 1500 people.

Kevin Jarrar

Over 25 years of experience in Operations Management, with emphasis on Manufacturing Management, Business Development, Process Improvement, Supply Chain and Project Management.

Spent over 15 years working with the automotive industry for a major tier-one OEM supplier for the Big Three (GM, Chrysler and Ford) as well as Japanese and European auto makers such as Toyota, Honda, and Volkswagen. Has extensive experience in process engineering with emphasis on lean methods and quality improvement.

Gained valuable experience over the last ten years dealing with various governmental agencies on national and local levels. He is intimately familiar with Arab and Middle Eastern culture and fluent in Arabic and English.

Harshad Modh

Modh has a MBA from Mumbai University and a B. E. from Bangalore University in Electronic Engineering. Since passing his Masters Degree he has been a Finance and Proposal Manager for a variety of companies in India the Middle East and the USA.

He is an Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2000 quality systems by BVQI, and has worked as quality systems coordinator providing instrumental role in transition from earlier quality systems to the latest ISO Quality standards.

Modh is experienced in working with multinational diverse ethnic environments.
